Eveoke Modern
Eveoke Modern hones every aspect of the body's potential for communicative expression. Each movement is emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually connected to the body's "center" or central place of physical power. Technical exercises focus on giving students supreme knowledge of their individual bodies, while challenging physical habits and learned limitations. Strength, alignment, breath, and absolute awareness of the body and its inner workings contribute to a solid and safe technique that allows for astonishing athleticism, clarity and detail of gesture, as well as depth and dimension in movement. Eveoke Modern is taught at the basic, I, I/II, II, II/III, and III levels.
Hip-Hop
Dynamic and fundamentally energetic, Eveoke's hip-hop is an evolved blend of street culture and free form funk dancing. Elements of break dancing, poplocking, body slapping, and club jamming inflect the class, which is intensely aerobic, and inherently fun. Eveoke's hip-hop develops students' coordination, rhythm, and physical confidence, as well as teaching musicality and athleticism.
Jazz
Eveoke's jazz is a mix of Giordano, Fosse, Hatchett and Johnson influences, giving attention to traditional jazz vocabulary and segueing into newer forms and trends. The class develops a broad range of jazz aesthetics, focusing on style and tone of the form.
Eveoke Ballet
The Eveoke ballet class focuses on traditional technique for modern dancers. Emphasis is placed on teaching the benefits of petite allegro, methods for exceptional turning and jumping, and general articulation of movement. Rather than using traditional ballet barres, the class works in center or with floor barre in order to hone both the dancer's right and left side evenly throughout the class.

Movement
Expression (select sessions)
This class serves those interested in dance as
a creative release of life's joys, challenges,
and emotions, and less concerned with technique.
Movement Expression also helps advanced dancers
to find their own, unique dance voice and style,
helping artists to realize individual creative
potential. Emphasizing physical freedom in the
body, movement invention and personal composition,
the class cultivates a deep respect for the body's
expressive capabilities. This is an excellent
choice for actors and other performance artists,
as well as aspiring choreographers, because movement
improvisation replaces the traditional format
of copying or reproducing the movements and patterns
of the teacher.
